Writers' Guild Writers' Guild will meet Mondays after school in Mr. Lawless's room 256. Anyone interested in honing their writing skills, finding scholarship opportunities involving writing, or expressing their individuality through writing is encouraged to attend.
Girls after God's Heart Girls after God's Heart will meet in Mrs. Wright's room 241 every Thursday morning before school at 7 AM. Girls of all grades are welcome to come for food and fellowship.
Attention Sophomores and Juniors Sophomores and Juniors: The PSAT/NMSQT will be offered at the high school on October 11th beginning 1st hour through STAR. The PSAT/NMSQT is offered for juniors interested in qualifying for a National Merit Scholarship. Juniors can sign up on School Pay. Sophomore students can take the test; however, it does not qualify them for the National Merit Scholarship. Sophomores can sign up after September 15th. Drury Architecture Day On Friday October 6th, Drury University’s Hammons School of Architecture will host their annual DRURYARCHITECTURE DAY event. This is an all-day event that allows high-school students interested in studying architecture to learn about their program, spend time in the design studios with students, and tour area architectural offices. You can use a college visit day for this event if you are a junior or senior or a job shadow day if you are a sophomore, junior, or senior. Visit the counseling center for more information.
Science Explorer's & Outdoor club Meetings this month Sept. 13 and Sept. 27 We meet in Mrs. Hefley's room - Room 269 after school 2:35. Everyone welcome, bring a friend.
National Honor Society The next National Honor Society meeting is Tuesday, Oct 10, in the 3rd floor lecture hall. Students may come before school (7:05am-7:25am) or after school (2:35pm - 2:55pm). This meeting is mandatory for all National Honor Society students. We will discuss NHS scholarships and release the date for Induction. See Mrs. McGoon in room 268 with any questions.

Improv Club Improv Club: Come on down to the theater (room 154) Thursdays after school for an hour of laughter and treats! The club commences at 2:45pm. Participation is encouraged, but not mandatory.
